Dong House of Cuisine
A 2,100 m² restaurant dedicated to Qiandongnan Dong cuisine has been completed, celebrating the region’s culinary and cultural heritage. It comprises twenty-eight private dining rooms, management offices, storage areas, and a 250 m² back-of-house kitchen. I created an environment that honored Dong identity: layered timber “wind-and-rain” bridge motifs, indigo batik patterns, and bronze drum rhythms were woven into a contemporary dining experience firmly rooted in Guizhou.
